  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

  8. Return the steak bites to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
