- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
