Ingrédients

- 1 pound steak tips
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season steak tips with salt and pepper.
- Add steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned.
- In a separate bowl, mix cooked rigatoni with heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Combine steak tips with rigatoni mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
