  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Season steak tips with salt and pepper.
  5. Add steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix cooked rigatoni with heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  7. Combine steak tips with rigatoni mixture.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
