Ingrédients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic butter to the skillet.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- Combine tortellini with the alfredo sauce.
- Serve steaks with tortellini and garnish with parsley.
