Description

Garlic chili oil chicken bites served with Cajun Alfredo and charred zucchini twists.


Ingrédients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp garlic chili oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 zucchinis, spiralized
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in garlic chili oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown.
  3. In a separate pot, heat heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning until thickened.
  4. In another skillet, heat olive oil and char zucchini twists until tender.
  5. Serve chicken bites with Cajun Alfredo and charred zucchini.
