Description
Garlic chili oil chicken bites served with Cajun Alfredo and charred zucchini twists.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp garlic chili oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in garlic chili oil for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown.
- In a separate pot, heat heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning until thickened.
- In another skillet, heat olive oil and char zucchini twists until tender.
- Serve chicken bites with Cajun Alfredo and charred zucchini.

- Use fresh zucchini for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
