Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with garlic and mushrooms.
Ingrédients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the mushroom mixture from the pan.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Add the mushroom mixture on top of the cheese.
- Top with another slice of cheese and place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Cook in the pan until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use your choice of cheese for different flavors.
- Experiment with herbs for extra taste.
- Serve with a side of soup for a complete meal.
