Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with garlic and mushrooms.


Ingrédients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove the mushroom mixture from the pan.
  5. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  6. Place cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  7. Add the mushroom mixture on top of the cheese.
  8. Top with another slice of cheese and place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  9. Cook in the pan until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
