Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the broccoli is well coated.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
