Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are delicious, bite-sized treats filled with cheesy goodness and seasoned beef.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out biscuit dough and cut each piece into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
