Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are delicious, bite-sized treats filled with cheesy goodness and seasoned beef.

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out biscuit dough and cut each piece into a circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
