Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts and potatoes to the bowl. Toss to coat.
- Place chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken and potatoes.
