Delicious garlic parmesan chicken bites served with creamy rotini pasta.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken cubes in the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook rotini according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chicken broth. Heat over medium until simmering.
- Add cooked rotini to the cream sauce and stir to coat.
- Serve chicken bites over creamy rotini and garnish with parsley.
