- 2 pounds potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Add minced garlic in the last 5 minutes of boiling.
- Drain potatoes and garlic.
- In a bowl, mash the potatoes and garlic together.
- Stir in milk, butter, and parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
