Description
Garlic parmesan steak bites served with cajun twisted pasta.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz twisted pasta
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the cooked steak.
- Meanwhile, cook twisted pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and toss with cajun seasoning.
- Serve steak bites over cajun twisted pasta and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- For added flavor, marinate steak in garlic and olive oil for an hour before cooking.
