Description
Garlic parmesan steak bites served with cajun twisted pasta.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 oz twisted pasta
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, combine cooked pasta, cajun seasoning, and heavy cream.
- Mix well and serve pasta topped with steak bites.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
