- 1 cup garlic scapes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic scapes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and reserve some cooking water.
- Add pasta to the pan with garlic scapes.
- Toss in Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot.
