  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; add to the butter mixture.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix coconut, pecans, and sweetened condensed milk.
  9. Spread the coconut mixture over the baked brownies.
  10. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  11. Let cool before cutting into squares.
