Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Season the pork with salt, pepper, and mustard.
  3. Place the pork in a roasting pan and add beer.
  4. Roast for about 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.
  5. While the pork is cooking, boil the potatoes until tender.
  6. In a separate pot, heat the sauerkraut with caraway seeds.
  7. Prepare the red cabbage by simmering it in water until soft.
  8. Serve the roast pork with potatoes, sauerkraut, and red cabbage.
