Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Season the pork with salt, pepper, and mustard.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and add beer.
- Roast for about 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.
- While the pork is cooking, boil the potatoes until tender.
- In a separate pot, heat the sauerkraut with caraway seeds.
- Prepare the red cabbage by simmering it in water until soft.
- Serve the roast pork with potatoes, sauerkraut, and red cabbage.
