Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, pumpkin puree, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with syrup or your choice of toppings.
