Description
A quick and tasty ginger soy tofu stir fry packed with flavor.
Ingrédients

- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic; stir for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust soy sauce for less saltiness.
- Tofu can be marinated for extra flavor.
