A quick and tasty ginger soy tofu stir fry packed with flavor.


Ingrédients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger and garlic; stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • Use any vegetables you prefer.
  • Adjust soy sauce for less saltiness.
  • Tofu can be marinated for extra flavor.
