  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  3. Stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. If using, fold in chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
