Description
Gingerbread fudge is a sweet and spiced treat perfect for the holidays.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Enhance with a sprinkle of sea salt on top before chilling.
