  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
  4. Brush the glaze over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover loosely with foil.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes per pound, basting occasionally.
  7. Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  8. Let the ham rest before slicing.
