- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Top with gluten-free frosting or fresh fruit.
- Can be made a day in advance.
