Ingrédients

- 4 cups gluten-free bread cubes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter or heat oil over medium heat.
- Add celery and onion, sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, broth, and seasonings.
- Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
