Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chorizo and cook until crispy.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and harissa paste.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
  7. Add cooked gnocchi to the sauce and mix well.
