Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chorizo and cook until crispy.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and harissa paste.
- Simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
