Description
Golden crispy chicken with a rich parmesan mushroom sauce.
Ingrédients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Serve chicken topped with the parmesan mushroom sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for an hour before cooking.
- Use fresh herbs for garnish.
