Description
Delicious golden crust garlic rosemary focaccia muffins.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, garlic, and rosemary to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into muffin-sized portions.
- Place the portions in a greased muffin tin.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tops and sprinkle with additional rosemary if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best served warm with butter.
