Delicious golden crust garlic rosemary focaccia muffins.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, garlic, and rosemary to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into muffin-sized portions.
  7. Place the portions in a greased muffin tin.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the tops and sprinkle with additional rosemary if desired.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
