Ingrédients

  • Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
  • Stuffing – 1 package (14 oz)
  • Potatoes – 5 lbs
  • Green beans – 1 lb
  • Cranberry sauce – 1 can
  • Pumpkin pie – 1 (store-bought or homemade)
  • Butter – 1 cup
  • Olive oil – 1/4 cup
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Onion – 1 large
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Stuff the turkey with stuffing mixture.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil for the last hour to brown the skin.
  6. Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes, then boil until tender.
  7. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, salt, and pepper.
  8. Steam green beans until crisp-tender.
  9. Heat cranberry sauce in a saucepan.
  10. Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
  11. Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.
