  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the bombs on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
