- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the bombs on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- You can add pepperoni or cooked sausage for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
