Description
A flavorful marinade inspired by Gordon Ramsay for steak.
Ingrédients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to create a marinade.
- Place the steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Cook the steak as desired.

- For extra flavor, let the steak marinate overnight.
- Adjust the herbs according to your preference.
