Description
A flavorful chicken tikka masala recipe inspired by Gordon Ramsay.
Ingrédients

- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 200g plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala spice blend
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka masala for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until soft.
- Add marinated chicken. Cook until browned.
- Add canned tomatoes and coconut milk. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.

- Serve with rice or naan.
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
