Gordon Ramsay’s tiramisu is a creamy Italian classic that combines coffee-soaked ladyfingers with a rich mascarpone mixture.

- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
- 24 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until pale.
- Heat milk in a saucepan, then slowly pour into the egg mixture while whisking.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat, let cool, then fold in mascarpone.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into mascarpone mixture.
- Combine coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers and finish with remaining mascarpone.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

- Use strong brewed coffee for best flavor.
- Chill for longer for better texture.
- Adjust coffee liqueur amount to taste.
