Description
A refreshing cucumber salad inspired by grandma’s recipe.

- 4 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers.
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, and dill.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Add more dill for extra flavor.
- Try using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option.
