- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Add beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add elbow macaroni and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Serve hot.
