Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables soften.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, green beans, and corn.
- Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- This soup freezes well.
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
