- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble the burgers with cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add tzatziki sauce for extra flavor.
- These burgers can be grilled or cooked on the stovetop.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
