A delicious Greek chili chicken Alfredo with smoked feta cream and crispy parmesan asparagus.


Ingrédients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup smoked feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and add smoked feta cheese until melted.
  6. In a baking dish, place asparagus and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  7. Slice cooked chicken and toss with pasta and feta cream sauce.
  8. Serve with crispy parmesan asparagus on the side.
