Description
A delicious Greek chili chicken Alfredo with smoked feta cream and crispy parmesan asparagus.
Ingrédients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup smoked feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and add smoked feta cheese until melted.
- In a baking dish, place asparagus and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Slice cooked chicken and toss with pasta and feta cream sauce.
- Serve with crispy parmesan asparagus on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the chili powder for desired spice level.
- Use fresh asparagus for best results.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein.
