A healthy and delicious Greek-inspired ground turkey rice bowl.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5 more minutes.
- In a bowl, layer cooked rice, turkey mixture, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
