Description
Grilled chicken skewers marinated in lemon and herbs, served with a creamy tzatziki sauce.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- For tzatziki, combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
- Serve with pita bread or salad for a complete meal.
- Marinade can be prepared a day in advance.
