  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
