Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken or vegetable broth.
- Reduce heat to low, then add Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
