Description
A moist and flavorful banana bread made with Greek yogurt for added richness.
Ingrédients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas and Greek yogurt.
- Add sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- If using, fold in the walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
