Description
A creamy and tangy macaroni salad made with Greek yogurt.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt and mayonnaise.
- Add Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar to the mixture.
- Stir in the diced celery, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the cooled macaroni and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning according to your preference.
