Description
A classic green bean casserole made with creamy mushroom soup and topped with crispy fried onions.

- 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil green beans for 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the beans with cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the green beans to the soup mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh green beans for better texture.
- Feel free to add grated cheese for extra flavor.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and baked before serving.
