Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup green curry paste
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix green curry paste, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
