Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth and green enchilada sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Add shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Stir in cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with cheese and cilantro if desired.
