Ingrédients

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine green olives, cream cheese, and sour cream.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
