Ingrédients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add the feta cheese and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.

- This salad can be made ahead of time, but add the dressing just before serving.
