Description

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. During the last few minutes, add pineapple slices to the grill.
  7. Remove chicken and pineapple from the grill, let rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve chicken topped with grilled pineapple.
