Grilled Aloha Chicken and Pineapple is a flavorful dish combining marinated chicken with sweet grilled pineapple.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 fresh pineapple, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- During the last few minutes, add pineapple slices to the grill.
- Remove chicken and pineapple from the grill, let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve chicken topped with grilled pineapple.
Notes
- You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
- Adjust the marinade to your taste.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
