- 2 teaspoons shawarma spice mix
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped lettuce

- 1/4 cup tahini sauce

Instructions
- Marinate chicken in olive oil and shawarma spices for 30 minutes.
- Grill chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
- In a bowl, layer rice, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
- Add sliced chicken on top.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
