Description
A delicious grilled chicken sandwich layered with three types of cheese.
Ingrédients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice of provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breast on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the cheeses on the non-mayo side of one slice.
- Add the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Use any bread of your choice.
- Feel free to add vegetables like lettuce or tomatoes.
