Description

A delicious grilled chicken sandwich layered with three types of cheese.


Ingrédients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 slice of provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breast on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  5. Layer the cheeses on the non-mayo side of one slice.
  6. Add the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
  7. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down.
  8. Grill the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  9. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve.
