Description
Grilled corn on the cob topped with chili lime butter.

- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- In a bowl, mix butter, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the corn with the chili lime butter mixture.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush with more butter before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more chili powder.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
