Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk.
  3. In a bowl, mix butter, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the corn with the chili lime butter mixture.
  5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with more butter before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more chili powder.
  • Serve with lime wedges on the side.
