- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

Instructions
- Marinate salmon in lime juice, olive oil, and salt for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill salmon for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, combine avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Serve grilled salmon topped with mango salsa.
